Every day, take a few moments to acknowledge the things you’re grateful for. It’s a practice that can shift your perspective and fill your heart with positivity. You do not need to spend a lot of time doing this. Just take 2 minutes when you wake up to think about all the things you are grateful for in your life and start your day on a positive note.

3. Read books on mindfulness and spirituality

If you have not had a color analysis professionally done, I highly recommend you try it. It will help you make smarter shopping decisions as you will know exactly what looks good on you. Personally, I had a great experience with Created Colorful. It is a bit pricey but if you sign up to their mailing list, they run promotions from time to time.

Splurge on a few high-quality, timeless pieces like a tailored blazer, a little black dress, and a well-fitting pair of jeans. Quality clothing lasts longer and looks better.
