Invest in clear poly bags to protect your clothing items from dust and potential damage. These bags keep your items clean and visible, making it easy to locate specific pieces when they sell. Pre-packing my items in clear poly bags helps me save a lot of time. Once an item sells I know it is clean and ready to ship.
2. SKU Stickers
Use SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) stickers to label your items. These labels help you quickly identify each product and prevent mix-ups. You can also use the SKU number for your inventory tracking spreadsheet or notebook. In your inventory tracker, you can write down details about the item for each SKU number including category, color, brand, price and more.
3. Storage Boxes
Organize your inventory into storage boxes or bins. Clear, stackable containers work well, allowing you to see the contents without opening each one. But you can also use cardboard boxes as long as they are clearly labeled. Personally, I opted for the cardboard boxes because they were cheaper and they are also easier to store away.

Shipping is a critical part of your Poshmark business. These are the supplies I swear by and that have helped me build a simple and fast shipping process.
4. Thermal Label Printer
Efficient label printing is essential for streamlining your shipping process. Consider investing in a thermal label printer for these benefits:
a. Time-Saving: Thermal label printers can print labels quickly and efficiently, saving you time during the shipping process.
b. Professional Appearance: Labels printed with a thermal printer have a clean and professional look, enhancing your brand image.
c. Cost-Effective: Thermal printers are cost-effective in the long run because they don’t require ink or toner replacement.
This little label printer was one of the best investments I made for my Poshmark store. I got this one for less than $100.
5. USPS Boxes
Utilize free USPS Priority Mail boxes whenever possible. They come in various sizes and are available at no cost from your local post office or online. Priority Mail offers reliable tracking and delivery times.
6. Cute Poly Mailers
Stand out from the crowd by using colorful or patterned poly mailers. These not only protect your items but also make your packages more visually appealing. I like this brand on Amazon that sells poly mailers in different patterns. The leopard one is my go to.

7. Thank You Notes
Include handwritten or printed thank you notes expressing your appreciation for the purchase. You can make your own cards or buy some on Amazon. This small gesture can go a long way in building positive relationships with your customers.

Seal your packages with thank you stickers for an added touch of gratitude and professionalism. You can find many different designs on Amazon but these are some of my favorite ones.
Tissue Paper
Wrap delicate items in colorful tissue paper before placing them in poly mailers or boxes. This not only adds protection but also makes the unboxing experience more enjoyable for your buyers. I like using classic white tissue paper but you can also find it in other more fun colors.
